Here's a quick card I made while trying to use up older, forgotten supplies. The cardstock and patterned paper are from Martha Stewart. I picked them up at Michael's two years ago and they've been sitting around collecting dust. I stitched the pp onto True Black cs with my sewing machine, then sponged the edges with Groovy Guava ink. Attached it to the base and added ribbon, sentiment and pearls. The sentiment is from Papertrey's Signature Greetings.

This is gorgeous and a great way to use your stash. The posters on the "Overspending" thread should take a look at this, and see that they can find terrific ways to use supplies they've just had lying around. Wonderful card!

What a beautiful card Sara! I love the colours and your stitching is wonderful!! Very nicely done and great way to use up older supplies! You made them fresh and new again!
