A quick and easy Easter card for a young lady at church. Found a template for a pillow box by way of Google search and printed it on cardstock using a digital paper from a kit called Simple Pleasures by Kay Miller Designs. Printed some extra paper to make a matching card using my Top Note die. There's that embossing folder again too. Punched several scallop circles in a couple of sizes to attempt a 'scrunched flower'. Not as easy-peasy to get looking right as they appeared. (Or I'm just flower-challenged.) A quick Verve sentiment and a bit of ribbon. Made about six of the pillow boxes to fill with chocolate treats...

BEE-YOO-TEE-FULL, Izzy!!! Those springy colors are just what the doctor ordered. Digital paper, eh? It's gorgeous!! And I love how you used more to make a matching pillow-style treat box, most impressive. Glad to see you've been exercising with your punchez!! You aren't flower-challenged at all--your scrunched flower is terrific!! These come in all shapes and degrees of puffiness--yours is very envelope friendly ;)
As a newbie Punchkateer, I was glad to read that I didn't have to use my punchez on *every* card. Whew!! What a relief I was afraid I could be jeopardizing my prestigious membership--LOL!!

Woo Hoo Dizzy, Izzy whoever you are!! LOL!! What a great Easter card and I think your flower looks awesome. And, all those matchng pillow boxes. You're da bomb my dear Dizzy! BTW, you are not following the rules to be in good standing with The Punchkateerz. You must display your punching tally and weight loss whilst exercising with your punches. I tally 3-7 punches/die cuts. It depends on how many layers your flower is. It looks to be about 6 to me, but I could be wrong. That's why we need TALLIES!! I'm sure your metabolism isn't as high as mine, so you probably only lost 2 pounds per punch; ie., 14 pounds if my tally is correct. I, however, lose 5 pounds per punch, which would have totaled you at a 35 pound weight loss. It's so hard to be ME. I HAVE the HIGH METABOLISM and Ditzy has the HIGH IQ. What can I say. Since you and I are the founding members, and I know you don't like rulez, I'll let you slide this time. But, remember, that self-nominated prez can veto anything, or is it Ditzy tha says she has veto power - I'm so confused!! Hugz Ms. Dizzy and Move Forward and Prosper - with Punchez that is!! TFS!

Love that digital paper, Heather. Then of course it has flowers on it LOL! Love your flower too. I hear you re: their looking easier to make than they really are - had my fair share of fights with a few of them Must google that pillow box template as it is adorable. I'm sure the lady at church will love it. Keep the cards a comin'

Izzy, I'm waiting by my mailbox now and it is for the pillow box of chocolates.
This is just sooooo pretty and I do love your flower. You did a wonderful job so I will tell you you're not flower challenged. Gosh, Pam is watching us closely on that punch tally. That digi paper should count for something, too.
Seriously, your card is beautiful and so Spring-like. I'll just end by saying I hope my package arrives before the hot summer heat sets in here in the South.

Yikes, girl, how gorgeous is that pillow box and card. So you downloaded the paper, huh? Isnt that just amazing when you think of it. Oh, did I read you made 6 of these gorgeous pillow boxes for candy? I'm actually so glad you posted this exquisite project because I was finding it ever so difficult to tell I had received the chocolates. I'll tell you what: I love your card, but, unfortunately, I love chocolate more, so just send the candy and you keep the card, Okay? Sounds like a solid plan, dont you think? Great to see you back in the gallery. How did your photo shoot go?
