Happy day everyone! How excited am I to be able to play in the Tea Party today! Thank you for the challenge, Mothermark!
Today we are in Boston to help out Christopher Cross Spelling III. He is obsessed with crossword puzzles and is in the 5th National Crossword Puzzle Championship. The only hitch is that he cannot spell “teapot”. So we are to dash over to Boston this week to bring props to help Chris Cross remember how to spell “teapot”! You can check out all the deets here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers. It's always a doozy and way fun!
So I brought a teapot, a prop and a prompt! I was just about as thrilled as a person can get because IÂ’ve had this crossword puzzle stamp for some time and have never used it. I knew it would come in handy one day!
The card: I cut out the teapot, made the handle on the Cricut Expression and made the lid handle with the tab punch. I felt like a little Mothermark amateur wanna-be making this card!!! I embossed the crossword image in black. And just in case being a teapot and a prop wasnÂ’t enough, I spelled it out for old Chris Cross as a prompt! LetÂ’s hope he wins the Championship or his fiance is gonnaÂ’ be hopping mad. Turns out Chris tossed his boss out the door which left him without an income. Fingers crossed and pinkies up girls, we're at a Boston Tea Party compliments of Mothermark!
Happy tea partying everyone!

If Christopher doesn't get the word with all these hints, then more drastic measures will be needed! What a fabulous tea pot you've created - LOVE that handle!!

Bertie's off to Walmart buying new pencils and a sharpener; be sure to wear your eye goggles. I hope she won't be flingin' them pencils, but she's going into the DT's after she read that SCS is gonna be down all day Tuesday for maintenance.

You've been away far too long! Look at all your unleashed creativity coming to the surface. Love the teapot, but I'm totally intriqued that you would have had this image for ages. Just imagine that! great card.

You have a crossword stamp?? Cool, but I bet I'd find it a bummer to ink up. So glad your crane arrived (just back from a holiday, and still not caught up properly yet). I LOVE the ornamental handle on that pot. And having the same answer to a clue twice - how could Chris miss.

Hey there M! So glad to see you! I am with Sabrina, you have a crossword stamp? How perfect is this! I love your teapot handle! Its da bomb! And I love the teapot lid:
Note to self:
Remember how cool M's punch worked for a teapot lid.
Remember how cool M's fancy schmancy die cut worked for a teapot handle!
Remember to go buy yellow stuff so that you can remember your note to self!
Snort! I love this! Okay, so you wrote in teapot 4 times, if ding-bat Chris doesn't get it now, he's off to find a new job and a new fiance, probably! Snort!
