I usually have time on the weekends for these challenges, so thanks for your inspiration throughout the week, ladies!
This card is for this weeks Color Challenge and Sketch Challenge. Was anyone else just dying to throw some ribbon on the sketch challenge? Hee-hee! Thanks Rox, for helping me break the habit!
The 'frame' for the sentiment was made by using the large oval punch (SU) for the WW cardstock after I stamped by sentiment (Basic Grey). I then punched the small scallop oval out of Orchid Opulence CS, then punched over the negative image left on the cardstock with the large oval punch. It's really close on the sides, so use a steady, patient hand! :o)
The swirls on the mat behind the stamped flower image from simply said is on of the little tiny punches that cost $1 in the bargain bins at your local craft store. You know the ones I mean!
