NancyRuth challenged us this week to do a monochromatic card in any shades of green. I finally decided to use a gold/green, gray green, and a dark green. I stamped my bird and cut into a die cut, sponged while in the nestie, then hung from a punched border. Pretty simple.
We would love for you to join us this week and let us see your 'green' creation.

I saw this sample on the Stampin' B's blog, but wanted to make my comment here. You did a great job on your monochromatic card! I really, really had to think about mine. (I guess that's why we call them challenges!!) Great DP, really pretty punched border, and I lovely hummingbird. I really like how you framed the bird with that nestie shape and *hung* it from the border--such a cool effect!! Super job on this challenge, Brenda!!

Beautiful card Benz. I LOVE that hummingbird image. I'm a huge fan of hummingbirds. Bet you didn't know that. LOVE your monochromatic greens and that dsp is awesome. I love how you hung the frame from a brad. I can't figure out which MS border punch this is, but I'm a lovin' it my friend. I'm thinking of casting my vote to let Debzi into the Punchkateerz. What are your thoughts? TFS!!
