I was asked to create a birthday invitation for a little girl's 7th birthday party. The event is being held at a local pottery painting shop so I created a little paint palette inspired single panel card for the event.
I used a circle punch for the palette colors and a Sizzix alphabet die for the letters within each circle. The little paint splotch is an epoxy sticker. The paintbrush is a hand made shape cut by hand in 3 layers: black base, orange brush, blue handle. I added some glue and glitter on the brush to give some bling.
Since our printer is out of commission and mom's printer had a dried up color cartridge, I had to get creative and outline some words using an Only Orange marker for attention to important details.
The envelope was stamped with an acrylic stamp I scooped up from some bargain bin somewhere (sorry I don't know the maker) I left it uncolored so Jackie or the recipient could color it on their own.
Hope you like this and thanks for taking a peek.
