I'll try for a better photo, but I need to get some icecream started or it won't be ready for dinner.
When I started thinking about the challenge today, I thought that it would be a good chance to use these puzzle pieces someone sent me about 4 years ago...Starting there, I reckoned Basic Grey Mellow would be a good match for paper.
A2 base, covered with dark green Bazzill. Then two papers from the Mellow pad. I stuck the jigsaw pieces down over the diagonal. One butterfly was punched out of the base layer BEFORE I stuck it down, so the dark green is the base layer. All the other butterflies are 3 layers - green Bazzill, orange Basic Grey solid, and Mellow. I added White Opal Liquid Pearls to the butterflies and in the bits of the jigsaw pieces. Punched a tag, added rub-ons and tied it round a jigsaw piece with embroidery cotton. Added Sakura Stardust clear round edges.
Not sure about this - the colours are very masculine, but it's not a masculine card at all. Anyway, it's finally used up those jigsaw pieces, so that's something. Myself, I love jigsaws .

I love putting puzzles together. I used to then glue them together, frame them and hang them up. I think my Sister still has one with cows on it hanging on a wall. Sabrina. love your card. .....Now about the ice-cream for dinner. Sounds yummy! TFS :0)

This is very cool, Sabrina!! I love how you used the puzzle pieces. They look great covered in that fun BG paper! I think these are wonderful colors--maybe masculine, but not necessarily. I know I would be thrilled to receive anything made in these colors!! So I wouldn't worry about pegging it one way or another It's a really creative card--love it!
