The ODBD blog challenge this week was to make an outside-the-box card. I just got this set recently, and thought it would work well with a side-step card. Not too happy with how it turned out, but DH likes it, and he generally says what he thinks.
Blue Bazzill for the base, all images stamped on white card. I used chalk pastels to colour the lighthouse and the background of the bird panel, to give a soft look. Edges are distressed, and I added Frosted Lace stickles round all the edges, between the sand and sea on the bird panel, and between the sea and sky on the lighthouse panel. The small front panel was embossed with D'vine Swirl, chalked, and 2 jumbo brads added, with some raffia tied around them.
