For this challenge we were to use the faux metal technique and ribbon. I love ribbon on other people`s cards but for some reason am seldom happy with it on my own (this one being no exception). This is a technique that is new to me and I am going to have to give it another try. I really like the stamp I chose but don't really like the results using it. Next time I think I would chose a smaller stamp because this is too big an area to keep warm. The other change I would make would be to use either bronze, silver or gold ep., I used liquid platinum and it seems kind of flat in color.
Anyway the card itself is very simple. I used a folder to emboss the edge and embossing paste for the sentiment.
Not one of my favorite cards but it is what it is. I guess I`ve never tried to make so many cards at once. These have been terrific challenges and I am quite enjoying this VSN. Thanks to all the challenge hostesses for their hard work.
TFL and have a nice day!

Your wheat looks fabulous and I can see where it would be a challenge to work with that much embossing powder. I'm so happy you tried the technique and would use it again. Thanks for taking part in my challenge.
