Congrats to my friend and fellow DT member, Angella! You have such an amazing gallery! I chose to case her Sketch It Sunflower. I changed the images, some of the colors and changed mine to a vertical card instead of a square one. I kept the big, sunny flower, the ribbon and most of the layout.
I'm using a Feb. release from Innovative Stamp Creations. I stamped the daisy several times on dp and white c/s, cut them out and sponged a little sunburst ink on the ends of the petals. The ends were curled a little and I put them all together to make my multilayer daisy.
I used corner scissors on the gray sparkle c/s and put one piece behind the daisy and a small piece to the right under the dp layer. I used two different sheets of dp from the combo pad and sponged the edges of both.
The sentiment was cut out, layered and cut out again. The ribbon was white but I used a lt. ochre marker and a water brush to color it to match. Stickles was added to the flower center.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
