The frame around the snowflake is funfoam, heated then stamped with snowflakes. The inside is cut out and vellumglued in to make a window, and the snowflake was quilled. This picture does not do it justice--I wish I were a better photographer.

This is beautiful! That quilling is amazing. Where do you get fun foam? I've looked around and can't find it. Gave up since I never knew what you used it for but this frame is gorgeous.
