Last August I saw this tutorial on Stephanie's blog PAPERCRAFTERTHOUGHTS on how to make a tissue box card. I thought they were adorable then, and now after making one, I love it and know I'll make more.
1.The texture on this card... the box is 3-d, this tissue has embossed texture on it(because I used a piece of toilet tissue instead of regular tissue because it was smaller and less bulky.) I cuttlebuged the background using swiss dots to go along with the dotted theme. I also punched out circles and glued them to the background and that added texture. The box has heat embossing on the edges and that also added texture.
2.For the color I rarely use... that would be yellow. That was behind my choice for the dp that I used.
3.The last part of the challenge was to use patterned paper. My patterned paper is the dotted paper for the box.
