I used a new (to me) technique I saw on Jen Del Muro's blog. She called it "Glitter Glazing". I took a piece of chipboard, glued it up then I applied glitter and let it dry. After that I applied a generous layer of Glossy Accents and let that dry. The result? No glitter deposits anywhere. What a great idea!
