Red and Green--it's not just for Christmas anymore!! (hee-hee!)
This card is for today's Ways to Use It challenge (WT259), For the Love of Lace, and for a second time 'round with this week's Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge FTTC55, to use flowers, which is found here: http://www.flourishes.org/2010/02/fl...llenge-fttc55/ .
I swapped out the petunias I used in yesterday's card to test drive these lovely tulips in the fantastic new From the Garden set from Flourishes. For the lace challenge, I used a scrap of lace trim from my sewing scraps--so glad to find a great use for it! It was just the right length.
I framed the card base with double score lines all the way around--It's hard to see in the photo.
Thanks for looking!
Emily

Lovely combination of punched border and lace - and so refreshing to see those colours on a grey, grey day here. We had a layer of snow in the morning, but no sunshine to make it look crisp and white - it was just more grey.
