Another card for the CAS54 challenge. These spirelli flowers are a lot of fun to make, and there are so many looks you can get, depending on how many petals you skip when winding the thread around the punched shape. There is a strip of the purple paper on the inside of the card behind the lattice border.

Way cool flower. How funny, I was just talking to someone the other day about a technique similar to this one. Never seen it done on a flower. This is just awesome. TFS :0)

Oh I haven't seen this technique for ages .... you have made a lovely job of this card. Such pretty colours in the thread - compliments the dp beautifully (or is it the other way round?)Also like the way you have added the extra strip of dp to show through the lattice(I know I can't see it but I can imagine!!) LOL

I love this! It's been ages since I have done a spirelli card and I just got some fabulous metallic threads that would be wonderful for that technique. Thanks for the inspiration - your card is wonderful!
