This Carl Clown image from KLM Digital Designs has been printed and tempting me for quite some time now and I have had a lot of time to think about the perfect colors for him. I knew I wanted to make his hair rainbow style though.
I used Tombow markers and a waterbrush to color him, My Minds Eye papers and Offray ribbon from Walmart.

Laurie, congratulations on making the 'favorites' this week! Your card is amazing. The colors and vibrant coloring of that darling clown just can't help but bring a smile to your face!
