Wow, what a super fun challenge! Wendy challenged us, in honor of President's Day, to make a card that somehow could be tracked back to one of the Presidents.
Well, here is my card. I am sure that you all look at that card and think President Herbert Hoover. Well, if you didn't I'll tell you how I came to him. I added a photo next to my card of my daughter Johanna in her show choir dress. (Both of my daughters are in show choir#. Their dresses are turquoise and blue. I used that as my starting point. Last weekend, my daughters had a show choir competition in West Liberty IA. West Liberty IA is 11.6 miles from West Branch IA. West Branch IA is where Herbert Hoover was born.
This card also fulfills the Stampin B's challenge to make a red, white and blue card that isn't a Patriotic card.#Although, my red flowers look a little pink, they were stamped with red ink. I promise.) It is also for the Stampin Sisters in Christ Challenge to make a card with TWOs. I have 2 butterflies (my favorite layers of color stamp), 2 flowers, 2 shades of blue and the flowers are a 2 step stamp.

Love, love, love your card. The music background is marvelous, and your colors are wonderful. Your daughter is no slouch either! I'm sure you are proud of both of your girls!
