I made this card for today's Color Challenge - Chocolate Chip, Dusty Durango, Sage Shadow.
This week's dessert is to use a least two patterns in our design.
It is also for Cindy's Teapot Tuesday Challenge.
This week we are headed to Provence (I know, how cool is that?) to help Bodacious the Bull decorate the French villa owned by his sweetheart, Belassiz. You see, there is a big challenge going on to win the hand of Belassiz. Her former boyfriend (and interior decorator), Bernardo, wants rid of Bodacious so he challenged him to see who could decorate the villa more to Belassiz's liking. The winner gets to marry Belassiz! For the rest of the story, check this out: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I've brought along a few accessories that I thought Belassiz might like. I hope these will fit in with the villa decor and be much admired by Belassiz!
Can't wait to see what everyone else brought!
Now I'm off to the neighboring villa where Chanelle, Belassiz's friend, is hosting our stay and tea party!

Well I'd love these things in my house Carla!! I can't see how Bellassiz wouldn't like it - even if she were a finicky type cat! This is absolutely gorgeous!! I love that dp and the paper piecing you did.

OMG! Guess what? Did you hear? Bernarde took one look at your decor and he is off to Rapunzle's castle. Its the moat he is after! He is depressed and beside himself and looking to jump into something that will put him out of his misery! Yikes! Maybe the moat monsters will hire him to install some new sea-weed in their monster lounge! Whoo Hoo, Carla, you just insured a victory for sure!
This is one awesome card! I love the colors and the shape of the lamps, the paper piecing and the pearls. Come on, lets go find Belassiz! She is gonna love this for sure!!!
