Another Teapot Party that I am late for but I had to set the records straight and do some investigating on the cow winner issue. First it was Kirsten who won...not Alicia!! You can find this information here: http://www.realcaliforniamilk.com/kirsten/
You have to see her audition here to see how she won my heart over being so cold and stalked by wolves.
Now to the heartwarming story today. Even though KIRSTEN WON, you can see by the auditions that she is very shy and not one for the fastpaced life of the California elite. Hence she has let the little spunky Alicia attend all of the events for the Happy California Cow winner. She settled with this hot air balloon, the new pasture, the sunny skies and all the food she wants and the money! When she heard of the terrible fall Alicia's brother, Curt, took trying to leap over the moon, she just had to help find him. They were very concerned that due to their calculations, he must have fallen close to Lake Tahoe in the forest with lots of streams and a very big lake. Mutnik happened to be there on vacation and was part of the rescue. I knew my sister would find a way to be involved in the party!!! She helped load him in the basket since she has developed strong arms cleaning pools. These two Happy Wonderful Cows found Curt just in time and with the help of Cathy there was a happy ending. Now remember this is all a very big secret. Kirsten wants to keep a low profile eating to her hearts content in her safe new pasture and Alicia can hardly wait to get back to the parties and maybe even the super bowl. And they lived happily ever after.....at least after Curt recovered in the animal hospital and his in depth FREE counseling with Anne Ryan (isn't she just the sweetest). Mothermark loves happy endings.
hugs to all of my Teapot Partiers!!!

I can't believe I just spent almost 15 minutes watching videos starring cows. Being Canadian though, I do love it that Kirsten won... I too am yearning for warmth! And the English to Canadian translator on Kirsten's site was hilarious, eh.
Your story is a hoot and your card is wonderful - love the fantastic view from the balloon. What a sweetie that Annie-Jo is, eh?

Wait just a minute here, story teller~ You know very well I charge $90/hour (which is really only 55 minutes). You also know very well, you could benefit from theraputic intervention as quickly as possible, but as in everyone's life, there is no such thing as a free lunch. That concept applies to me, as well. I just cant go around giving away my skills that took years to acquire! Now put that in your pipe and smoke it over the Nevada mountains. PLUS, I suspect good ole russian spy was not necessarily in the right spot at the right time. I'm not sure Circus Circus was as conveniently close as your story suggests it was. Please, try to focus today: you and I both know you do so much better when you stay focused!

Wonderful!! I really like your map background, and those ballooning cows - oh my!! Just as well Mutnik was there to help load Curt in. I just hope she didn't do herself any damage after that recent fall.
I think Kirsten has the right idea - much more sense than that flighty Alice.
Hope I get time later to come back and check out your links!

This is fabulous!! My son when he read that Alicia won was very adamant that Kristen won. He is a stickler for things being correct!!!! I love your cow balloon and your map, and your story.

Oh! M! G! Hey, now is that anyway to treat your sis in Colorado? Telling that big story about Kristen! Giggle! Darn it, I didn't think anyone would actually research it! Wassup with that? Giggle!
But I guess the way you handled this whole thing and your sister's brave rescure of the Squirt tells me your hearts in the right spot after all! Giggle!
What a crazy amazing card! They look frightened out of their mind! And what a great cow balloon they are sporting! I love the dimension to this card and how they actually look like they are floating above the terrain! You are good! This is precious!
What a kick Cathy was teapotting with us even on vacation! Giggle!
