Congratulations to Nicole/ButterflyEars for being this week's featured stamper! I've long been a fan of her work and she always leaves the nicest comments for so many of us! I based my card on this beauty in her gallery:

I changed the stamp, added a scalloped border and added some ribbon with a large padded brad.
