Being Canadian I used red and white. I always think of doves at the opening ceremonies and then with Olympics the laurel leaf. The red and white doves also represent male and female athletes. The maple leaves just help to emphasize the Canadian component from our flag. I also placed a red maple leaf on the inside corner of the card. I chose celebrate because I felt this really is what the opening ceromonies are all about - coming together to celebrate who we are and celebrating with everyone across the world. I was excited to try the new SU punch; 2 step bird and the Polka Dot Impressions folder. Took 9 minutes to plan, 25 minutes to complete and don't ask how long to figure out how to down load! Lol. As you will see it took a long time to figure how to download.

Love all the die cuts and the celebratory feel. The story behind this card really adds to it as well. Great job with the challenge.
