The VSN challenge for "Chill Out" was to make snow or ice using either white flower soft, or embossing powder.
I used the swirl ef on bashful blue paper, then inked up the raised part with white craft ink. I then used a glittery embossing powder over the entire thing. I have no idea what brand ep, because it is over 10 years old and in a large plastic container. LOL It's good to keep stuff forever, because you never know when you might need it! I love how the background turned out, and decided to keep the rest of the card pretty simple, so that I didn't cover up too much of the pretty sparkles!
