Hi! I made this card for today's ways to use it challenge: textiles.
First, I am NOT a seamstress; I have been known to walk around with sweaters that are missing buttons for years. The only reason this fabric was even in the house was because of a craft magazine that highlighted cards that used fabric. I went sometime last year to WalMart and bought leftover fabric swatches for just that purpose. Of course, I had never used the fabric!! So this was indeed a challenge for me!!
I stamped the fish and colored her in using markers that closely matched the fabric swatch I had determined to use. I cut the fabric down to size; where it is uneven at the edges are the pretend waves!! I added a glittery embellie and mounted onto cs and the card base.
TFL, and have a swimmingly good day!

What a cheerful and colorful card!! I love how you tied your image and fabric together. That's a great glitzy embellie, too. Very fun!!

Way to go on the fabric. It is perfect for this fish. This image reminds me of the book The Rainbow Fish.. I used to read that to my son all the time. It was his first book..Great job.
