Wow! Does our featured stamper, Karen B Barber, have an outrageously GORGEOUS gallery or what? OMG! It took me FOREVER to decide on one of her cards. Karen obviously has a talent and love for the black magic technique, so I chose her gorgeous Thinking of You my friend seen here:
Things I changed:
1. colors
2. stamp sets
3. faux stitching instead of doodling
4. plain circle sentiment panel
I started out wanting to do a pink and black card, but the pink pencil I used came out more of an orchid color, so I went with orchid opulence. Karen makes the black magic technique look so beautiful and easy; I obviously need more practice with it, but I had fun trying!
CONGRATULATIONS, Karen! I love your gorgeous gallery and so appreciate your kindness and encouragement here at SCS!

Oh Charlene....this is so so so wonderful! I love the color against the black. And the way you outlined the leaves is to die for! Your card is so cool! It's so nice to know that you can still stamp a wonderful card in your old age! Snort!
I am skeerd for you, playing with this black magic stuff! If I feel a pain in my stomach, I know its you sticking a pin in a Muddermark doll!
