Punch Art Valentine

This is a V-Day card for my DH who is a fisheries biologist. It was inspired by a card created by Rebecca Franks, Feb 2010 Stampin Success, p. 6. I adapted it so the fishes have tails. A light spray with shimmer mist made with 70% rubbing alcohol and a few drops frost white shimmer paint in a mister bottle gives it a light touch of sheen.
