For today's ways to use it challenge. This sexy cowgirl is a digital image from Victoria Case.
The eyelets are actually rivets that snap in the back. I can't remember where I got them or who makes them, but they are pretty cool. The round washer type thingy the ribbon is looped through is a piece of hardware from jewerly making I got out of a clearence bin somewhere.

On the cusp, right here Michelle. How fun and fabulous. Hey, did you see in the forums they're looking for bombshell designs DT members. I swear you need to check that out. Your creations would be so perfect for them! I love your card. It's totally western and incredibly wonderful.
