This is a card I made for my Husband's coworkers wedding. I just cut this image out from some paper with a craft knife and put some pop dots behind it to give it depth. The only other thing I used was some Nestabilities for the "frame". I also used Diamond Glaze to the flower to catch the light and make it pop.
