Thanks, Lynn! I want to try this again. After I did my card, I found a few samples of Van Gogh's work and I think I need to add a few more brush strokes! I haven't studied the artists for 20+ yrs and I totally forgot what Van Gogh did!!

This is just so sweet, Holly! I love the dragon and the popped up frame over the whole piece is perfect! I think your version of the technique is great!
