Oh I just LOVE these! They are so pretty and so easy to make! I have a billion that I made a couple years ago; no one ever wants to buy them at craft fairs because they say "they're just too pretty to use"! I have a couple pics in my gallery of some of my bows.

Here is the SCS Tutorial I used.
Paper Bow Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
As a hint, if you use a piece of 12x12 paper, you can get two bows. First I cut it into three 4" strips. Cut two of the strips into 6" pieces (so now you have 4 pieces of 4x6" paper) and the last strip you cut into 5", 5", and 2". Then you just take each of those pieces and cut into 1" strips and use the tutorial from there.
