I needed a fun card to send to a little 10 yo on the Make a Wish list. The frog, from Rubbernecker, has been paper pieced - polka dots were the dessert - any size - so I chose the polka dot paper and I used the Cuttlebug to dot the bg Rose Red. Liquid applique on his little hat which was cut with the Cricut.
