Hi! I made this card for today's sketch challenge.
First, I stamped the focal image in SU! going grey, having tried other stamp pads and finding them too dark. I then colored in the image with SU! markers.
I made a "motherboard" for the strip at the side since I had no dsp in rr and garden green (every piece of dsp that I own, and I own a LOT, that has real red in it also has old olive as the green). So I stamped a musical score, holly leaves and flourishes as well as a mini cup stain on white cs; I sponged it with creamy carmel, real red and green galore using a distress felt sponge, then cut a piece out, and distressed the edges of that. I mounted the focal image and the strip on scrap cs and blasted it with glimmer mist!!
The charm started out as silver, but I embossed it to make it gold. Thanks Faith, for the instructions!!
I used my brand new mini bowdabra for the bow and attached it with a mini glue dot.
Tfl, and have a wonderful day!!
