I'm so pleased to be able to join the tea party this week!
This week it's Lisa's (lisa lara) turn to host the party, and we're going to the North Pole. Brrrrr..... She's decided to let us have some hot chocolate, though, even though it IS technically a TEA party.
The theme this week; What do snowmen do at night? Apparently while Lisa was shovelling paths to the venue and consulting with Santa and Mrs. Claus (who were generous enough to let Lisa use a room off of the workshop), she witnessed snowmen raiding tea cups and using them to race down the hills! Apparently snowmen have this amazing social life, after everyone goes to sleep at night! Who knew? No wonder the snowmen are so still and serene during the day. They're obviously exhausted...
I cased the 'hill' idea from this card; Snowy Holiday by mav1126 at Splitcoaststampers Thank you mav1126 for the fabulous inspiration.
So, what do snowmen do at night? Check out the tea party and find out!!!
Thanks so much for the fun challenge, Lisa! And, thank you all for looking!

Looks like you have uncovered the whole snowman (snowpeople) community. Looks like they are singing, to me. I just love your beautiful creation. Love this image and scene you created. Beautiful. So do you put snow in your tea to cool it down? Watch out for yellow snow. Stay away from that. But I bet you already know that tip!

Your little group have a great vantage point to watch the tea group arriving. Think you are on to something about why snowmen look so serene. Like the lilac and blue combo.

Are you old enough to remember the old Coca-Cola commercials from the 70s where all the people were holdin' hands and singin' "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing..."? No? I'm not either. Someone just told me about it (uh-huh). Anywhoooo, I think that's what yer snowmen from all over the world are up to, Darla. They are holdin' hands, singin', and tryin' to bring peace and harmony to this skeery world we live in today. It looks like you may have used the polished stone technique on this, too, for their purty and colorful sky. It's so beautiful! Why don't you and these peace-lovin' snowpeople come on over here; I gots a whole pile of pink snowballs I kin share with ya! I likes that cute marshmaller snowman on yer tree, too!

Look at this nice group of snowpeople now! Newfoundland must have the prettiest ones, well maybe even the only ones for now. We have only a little carpet of snow here in Montreal. But expecting more of the snow tomorrow night. Yipppee! That means I can build a family of snowpeople and watch them when they take off for Angel Making School. YAY!"
Love your beautiful colours my sweet sweet Darla. Thanks for the link for the hill. Cool sparkle, you know I loves my sparkle dahlin!
