Sorry it's another Braille card! I promised I'd upload my friend Geoff's Christmas card though, so here it is. I used this week's sketch for the layout, so I put on a lot more layers than I usually do!
I took up a couple of suggestions (thank you Susan and Krista!) and did the short word 'Joy' in Braille with the brads. I used a digital image of a branch (so I could resize it) and positioned the brads so they look a bit like berries visually, but Geoff will feel the Braille as usual.
Also used my brand new Big Shot (aren't I a lucky girl?) and embossed dots on the 1st layer, but reversed it on the card so it doesn't feel like Braille!
Thanks for popping in to look!

Oh this is beautiful. I just am loving your style. Your cards always catch my eye. Are you trying out for the CAS winter DT? You should. This is such a beauty. Love it.

Sally, you thought of EVERYTHING on this one, didn't you? OMG, even reversing the ef so it wouldn't appear as braille!! This is a truly magnificent card in all ways. LOVE the red brads and how they spell "Joy". Geoff will really appreciate this one!! Wish he could see the visual beauty too like we can. What a jolly good job - I said that with my British accent of course!! That new word you gave me in the last comment is a good one, but I forgot it. I'll have to look it back up. Keep uploading your gorgeous work Sally!!! TFS!!

Holy cow Sally! This is wonderful and so creative . I really love how you have incorporated the braille to be part of the design. I would never know that it spelled joy unless I read your description. Geoff is sure to love this very thoughtful card! Very clever to also use the reverse side of the embossed panel, so as not to appear as braille!! You rock!!
