I was inspired by a card Julie Ebersol posted on her blog a couple of weeks ago. I started by just making the snowman's face, but then added the body and arms. I mounted it on a CB'd divine swirls panel and then mounted the card on glossy white cardstock.
This was a process in the making as I punched and glittered the snowman's body. I then used the double circle punch (1/8"# for the mouth. I used black glitter domes for the eyes and the scallop circle punch for the nose. I used green florist's wire that I "painted" black by smearing StazOn black ink on the wire until it was completely coated and left to dry for a bit. It would be easier #and cleaner!# to punch out circles from pre-made glittered cardstock; but that can be a bit pricey. The snowflake "scarf" is 1/4" ribbon brought at Mike's
