What a fun technique, cutting outside the box. I used a tall digi snowman image that I can't remember where I got it. So if you recognize it please let me know so I can write the name down.
I used my squiggly oval coluzzle to cut it out, plus a couple more layers. doodled on the edges and sponged color. Wasn't sure how I was going to color my snowman until I got my daily MS e-mail about the craft for the day. Today, they were coloring with glitter. I thought what a cool idea, so I dug out the glitter I had, plus I made a brief stop at the craft store on the way home from work and picked up a few more colors. Popped up the top layer plus I put Arlene's glaze on the buttons.
Made my bg yesterday after visiting a site that Anne Ryan sent to me. In fact, I spent a lot of time on that site yesterday. It was explaining all about Encaustic painting. I viewed so many You Tube Videos my head was a spinning! Well this got my mind a twirling. Since I didn't have the proper supplies, yet, I decided to experiment a little. I melted crayons on my little craft iron then put it on white cs. This is a lot different then the wax, but still kind of cool. Afterward I stamped a dotted bg stamp using black ink then clear ep it. Worked great for my image today don't you think?
Also had a left over paper towel flower from last weeks challenge. You might recognize it, I put it on Anne's last RAK when I took the picture. Silly me. Now it is on my card. Well, put this all on a white card, doodled edges Wal-La. Hope you like it....TFL :0)
Hi Sis!
Remembered where the digi snowman came from. It is from Squigglefly.

Way cool, russian satellite spy! I actually like the crayon effect, although I know it's not what you were actually wanting to do. Did you place an order? Love the coluzzle thing w/all those layers and colorful presentation. That snowman is pretty cool too. do you honestly think I have any idea how you did this? Oh, when do you think all these things will come together for me? Dont you be paying any attention to what fruitcake above said! She's gonna make your head huge! Great card, RSS!
