This is a sort of hybrid of today's technique in that I did the top of the house "cut out of the box" but the bottom has a layer popped up. Actually the roof is popped up with an additional layer too cause it looked unbalanced once I put the stairs/shrub on. I guess that defeats the purpose but whatever works right? I had a hard time matching the color green of the house to the paper so it looks a little bright (and freakish) in comparison but it was too much work to do over. This is a great technique though. The inside says "on your new house".

It certainly does work - I really like this. The layout is great, and I love the colours and paper choices.
I had the opposite problem - usually I pop my frog up onto the toadstool, but to do the TLC today I had to resort to masking.
