VSNE & SC252 Itty Bitty Buds

This VSN challenge was to use one of the given recipes for the gorgeous Italian masquerade costumes in the photos. I chose The Lady in Red for my inspiration! The recipe incuded the colours used, embossing, paper piercing and bling of some sort - quite an extensive list but I managed to get it all in.
