I made this card for the VSN Masquerade. The challenge was to make a card inspired by the costumes worn at the Carnivale in Venice. I used the Lady in Red costume as my inspiration. I had to follow a recipe:
Fabric Swatches (color combos):
*Real Red, Pink Passion, Pixie Pink, Summer Sun (or metallic gold) My dp is pink and red
Accessories:
*Bling—glitter, Stickles, Glimmer Mist (or similar) the dp is already glittered and I dotted the i with a rhinestone
*Pierce the paper - pierced with the border punch
Behind the mask (bonus):
*Add texture with an embossing folder or other method. I used textured paper for my card base.

Whoa, this looks like an oil painting. This is really a beautiful piece of art. You made all of the recipe parts easy, too. Way to use your head! It is really my favorite so far! I may have to ask Santa for that punch. Sure makes a cinch of piercing.

I really like your card. The paper is super for the challenge. Everything works so well together. I like how you highlighted the word 'life' by using a different colour.
