This card was made for today's Ways to Use it Challenge. The challenge is to make faux texture. I used a Technique Junkies technique called Faux Flocking on the Artichoke background piece. It is supposed to look like flocked wallpaper. It uses a light craft ink with a dark embossing powder. The trees were stamped in Always Artichoke ink and then I painted the light areas with Shimmer Paint. Always Artichoke layers were sponged using a make up sponge. I like the texture this adds to the edge.
