I took a quick look around for directions, but couldn't find them - I know they're on this site somewhere.
But they're pretty simple - here's how I made them:
I used the RSVP Pentel pens (you can get them at Viking for 38 cents each if you buy a dozen).
Take an blank address label - I had trouble finding one to exactly fit the pen, so I used one that came in a whole sheet and cut it into small pieces to wrap around the base of the pen.
Stamp your design on the label (think small) and wrap it around the pen.
Take Sticky Strip or double-sided tape and put it over the stamped address label. Remove the covering so the sticky side is exposed.
Roll the pen in clear microbeads and press them onto the sticky strip - they adhere very nicely and allow the design to show through.
I added a little tag and ribbon to make them more 'sellable' - we'll see how they do!
The pen at the top is our school colors and logo - I already sold out of these once (my neighbors came over and did some 'shopping' for teachers' gifts) and I had to make more!
Thanks for looking!
