The Sisterhood of the Traveling Card swap theme for October was to pick an unusual holiday/celebration as the theme for your card. I loved the fact that World Card Making Day was in October and I loved being able to use this terrific image from DeNami Designs which celebrates friends who enjoy papercrafting together...perfection! And in honor of this "holiday" I tried to incorporate as many card making items as I could: dp, die cuts, coloring with markers, primas, brads, punches, ribbon, embossing, buttons, stitching, and glitter. The sketch used Jen Del Muro's Sketch For You To Try for October 10th. I just turned it on it's side in order to accommodate my imgage.
