What lovely choices you gave us today but I fell in love with this tree image at once:Forums at Splitcoaststampers.
Strolled thru the techniques in the resource area to look one that would make my card look like glass. Well, there are some there but I don't have the right stuff. Instead, I decided to play with the baby wipe technique, specifically, the tee-dyed effect. Took a lot of re-inker to get the color rich enough. Dried it and stamped the images with stazon, tried to dry it but I don't think it's dry yet! Had to stamp over the tree in places as the textured look was smeared, then kept having to wipe smudge marks off, sometimes wrapping small paint brush end wrapped in baby wipe. GRRRRHHH. Am afraid to open scanner to see if it stuck to glass. But it was fun.
BTW, I love the images in Rubbernecker's Halloween set # 1. Check them out!
