My card for the Ways to use it challenge WT239, Around the world, came about like this: Julia said we could do something that had to do with the world or earth and you can't get much earthier than trees. I first thought of travel but where I live the trees don't actually turn color they just sort of dry up and blow away. It just isn't cold enough.
So in order to see fall foliage we have to travel to the mountains (two hour drive) It's a trek we take once a year in order to see nature's splendor. So with this card I got earthy and travel too. The three leaf images were stamped colored and heavily sprayed with gold glimmer mist. The back ground is stamped with SU's Lovely as a tree stamp then over stamped with SU cheesecloth. The DP background is more of what I made with that ugly DP I had so much of. I sponged colored spots all over it at which point one could still see the original pattern but then I ran it throuh the cuttle bug in an embossing folder and sprayed it lightly with glimmer mist, Voila the original pattern was gone....

You could come travel back to Iowa. We have some pretty trees here. Where in the mountains do you go? Prescott? I love your leaves and the cheese cloth.
