I just love this tree pattern from Melstampz & use it often. This time I used green paper from Basic Grey's phoebe pad, and stamped it with an Inkadinkado leaf flourish in Spiced Marmalade distress ink, and then ran it through the cuttlebug with the swiss dots folder, then traced the tree pattern on the wrong side & cut it out. The trunk is also pieced with a BG scrap, and the grass is cut freehand & layered with the same BG green as the tree. The sky bg is from Basic Grey mellow, I think (it was loose in the drawer). The owlies are from Pink Cat Studios, one of my favourite birthday sets. They're coloured in with markers, and have what my sister pointed out looked like chest hair (!) added with a little white Fun Flock. The sentiment is a combination of K&Co alphabet rub-ons and a Studio G sentiment partially inked (Hooray).
The tree pattern is available for free from Melstampz here: http://melstampz.blogspot.com/2009/0...s-amazing
