Sure was by the time it came to upload this card I made for the Flourishes challenge. It was the first card I made, in half an hour, and I was really happy with it. But instead of taking a photo, I waited till I had several cards made. And in the meantime DH came up to copy some photos from my PC, and rolled the office chair back over this. So, I had to stamp and colour the image panel again - twice, because the first time I trimmed it too small. It's very hard to cut a panel just right when you can't remove the layer it's to be matted on from the card.
A2 card, first layer is purple Core'dinations. Next layer is some paper from marilynprestonn that I've been trying to use for a few days - it was perfect for this. Then some green and more purple Core-dinations, with a silver border drawn round the purple layer. The image was stamped with Versafine Black on white paper. First time I sponged the whole thing - second and third times I used markers and an aquapainter for the green, and just sponged the flower heads with Milled Lavender distress ink and Lavender pigment ink. I used a silver pen for all the little spots - love the way Faith colours this image. Layered on green, and then I added some Primas with a Build-a-Brad and punched leaves, and a little butterfly at the top.

Reading your comment on the thread and right here had me in hysterics!!! I could just see what would happen to my DH if he ran an office chair over my card! I was laughing so hard, my hubby asked me what was so funny and then he started to chuckle and said... Oh.... wouldn't want to be him! LOL! Looking at your card... you'd never know the drama behind it! It's just lovely and that color scheme is just beautiful too!
