This is my entry for the Bee crafty challenge, a bookmark. I love reading and I love personalised bookmarks, so I really wanted to enter this challenge. I used the lovely freebie that Merrigan is offering on her blog of the stack of books and I used the sweet seated boy. I won this image on a previous Bee crafty challenge. I coloured the boy with pencils and cut him out. I embossed the white paper with a stencils from Crealies and I used the stencil to add the ink on the embossed parts. The corners were rounded with a punch. I added a name that I made with the olivia alphabet from quickutz. I used a white gelpen for some highlights on the letters.
