For today's technique challenge, we were to use foil and an embossing folder to create a card. I had seen this technique sometime ago on the Cuttlebug Spot and was intrigued by it. I have used "tin foil" as Lynn called it (which by the way was what it was known by at my Mother's house, too) and I added Christmas Red Stickles on the embossed Lace Tree and also added red grosgrain ribbon. Unique looking technique, I think!

OMGosh Becky this is fantastic, I love that Christmas Tree. So pretty and the red stickles and ribbon just make it go WOW. This is sure to bring a smile at Christmas to some lucky someone.

Fantastic...you probably don't remember Aluminium Christmas trees, but this card totally reminds me of those! Thanks for playing along with the challenge.

Actually, Lynn, I do remember aluminum trees...my MIL had one for many years and had a motorized color wheel under the tree that shone up through the tree, lol!
