I decided to use pale pink instead of white. I used a swirly embossing folder that reminds me of the swirls in the frosting. The cupcake is mounted on a scalloped oval. The frosting is 'frosted' with stickles. The sentiment and ribbon finish this off.

Ohhh, what a fun cupcake. It looks so good too. Love the stickles along the edge of the cupcake and love this in pink!
