This is a card that I made as a possible workshop project. I was inspired by the card on page 26 of the Holiday Mini catalog. I love the combination of bordering blue and kraft.
I used the Top Note die to create the main panel on the front of the card. I added the silver/white panel down the left side. I used sahara sand, bordering blue, and silver ink to stamp the snowflakes. I used some hairspray to seal the silver ink on the paper, it doesn't smear at all now! The sentiment (from Four the Holidays) was stamped in chocolate chip ink. On the bordering blue panel, the snowflakes are stamped in stamped-off bordering blue ink. I tied a flat knot in the white taffeta ribbon.
I was thinking that this card could be jazzed-up a bit by adding a couple of clear rhinestone brads to the top note panel.
