This is a slight adaption of the Ink, Spray and Smash technique in the Resource section here. It's more of an Ink, Drown and Smoosh technique, lol!
I got everything ready first, because you need to work quickly so as to get a nice even finish. I took the lids off all the re-inkers, had the Gloss CS on stand-by, covered my work area with paper towel, had the water spray/mister bottle next to the re-inkers and had the working piece of Gloss CS face up on the paper towel.
I dropped 7 drops of Pale Pink ink, 5 drops of Purple ink and 3 drops of Dark Blue ink onto the Gloss CS. I then sprayed it with water until it ran everywhere and started blending nicely. Next, I covered it with the other piece of Gloss CS and smoothed it down. I separated them and set them aside to dry. Then I used them to make the card you see.
To make the card. I stamped the Violin on both the Gloss Background piece and a rectangular piece of White CS with Black StazOn ink. I also stamped the Saying onto the Gloss Background piece with Black StazOn ink.
I cut 3 rectangles out of the Gloss Background Violin piece and stuck them to the White piece in their matching spots. I then stuck this to a piece of Black CS. I trimmed the Saying piece and stuck it to a piece of Black CS too. Finally, I cut a piece of Textured Blue CS a bit smaller than the Black base card and punched a Spiral Tab Border along the bottom.
To make up the card, I stuck the Textured Blue piece to the base card, the Violin piece to the bottom left of this and finally the Saying piece over the top right of the Violin piece with foam mounting tape.
